This Product is subject to United States export controls. No software may be disclosed, downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported directly or indirectly: into (or to a national or resident of) any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or any organization or company on the United States Department of Treasury lists of Specially Designated Nationals, Specially Designated Terrorists, and Specially Designated Narcotic Traffickers, nor listed on the United States Department of Commerce Entities List, Table of Denial Orders or Denied Parties List.

The Software may not be used for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, for the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons for mass destruction.

By downloading, installing or using software and /or receiving maintenance, licensee agrees to fully comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations of the United States and other countries including the Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. §§ 730-774 (2002), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130 (2002), in handling software received from MultiGen-Paradigm. Licensee agrees that it will not re-export or release software received from MultiGen-Paradigm, directly or indirectly, to a national or entity debarred, suspended or under embargo by the United States Government, or export to any of those destinations the direct product of the MultiGen-Paradigm software from this site. Licensee also warrants that you are not under the control of, located in, or a resident or national of any such country or on any such list and will not use the Software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
